Estate Planning

Our Firm has extensive knowledge and experience with elder law and estate matters and You want to rest assured that your wishes are carried out in the exact way in which you have predetermined. Our Firm specializes in drafting and enforcing Wills, Trusts, Powers-of-Attorney, Health Care Representatives and Living Wills.

While preparing your Will, our Firm also encourages you to consider designating a Health Care Representative and creating a Living Will. A Health Care Representative is a person who is designated by you to make decisions on your behalf should you become ill, incapacitated or unable to do so on your own. Our clients can always designate multiple persons to be their representatives or have alternative designees should their first choice not be available at that particular time in the future. A Living Will is a legal document you put in place to make known your wishes regarding life prolonging medical treatments. It is important to have a living will in place to inform your health care providers and family members of your desires should you become incapacitated or unable to speak for yourself.

Whatever you decide, you will leave our office with a sense of knowing that your future and your family are secure per your exact wishes and bequests.
