Bio, Education and Work Experience

Jeffrey P. Little, (Jeff) is a lifetime resident of Clinton County, State of Indiana.  Jeff completed his secondary education from Frankfort Senior High School in 1989 and then subsequently attended and graduated from Purdue University with his undergraduate degree in Political Science in 1993.   Jeff pursued his dream to become an attorney at the Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan and worked hard to obtain a Juris Doctorate Degree in 1997.  Jeff was admitted to practice law in Indiana and both the Northern and Southern District Courts of the State of Indiana in the Fall of 1997.  Upon being admitted to the Bar, Jeff joined his father, Dave Little, in the practice of law.

Areas of Practice

Jeff has made his impact within Clinton County by representing the interests of his clients in the fields of criminal law, family law (divorce, paternity, custody, guardianships and adoptions), federal bankruptcy, wills and estates and personal injury.

Outside Activities and Hobbies

Jeff has been a member of the Frankfort Utility Board (2005-2011), Frankfort/Clinton County Airport Authority Board (1997-1999; 2003-2007; 2012 – present) Member of the Clinton County Bar Association and President (1998; 2000) Clinton County Election Commissioner (1998-2002), Paul Phillipe Resource Center, United Way, Purdue Club of Clinton County and a Camp Cullom Board member and President.  Jeff has given much of his time to the charitable and philanthropic organization, the Frankfort Jaycees.  Jeff has been a member of the Frankfort Jaycees for 17 years, has been president of said organization three of these years and was given the Senator award in 2011 making him a lifetime member of the Frankfort Jaycees.  Jeff is also an Eagle Scout and a member of the Order of the Arrow.

To represent the legal profession in the highest regards as possible.  Further, to represent clients passionately and competently and to always keep the client’s best interest at the core of the representation.  It is also important to maintain the integrity of the Power, Little, Little & Little Law Firm as well as his legal partners in business and to continue to work with the partners as well as the legal community in Clinton County with the intention of maintaining the highest standards in the legal profession.
